Spring Plant Sale
The Gardens on Spring Creek horticulture team and our partners at Colorado State University are busy growing thousands of plants for our 2023 Spring Plant Sale!
The sale will be free to shop but will require timed, ticketed admission to manage capacity. On Saturday, there will be timed admission throughout the day, and on Sunday, tickets will be valid for admission all day. All adults will be required to have a Plant Sale ticket to enter the sale.

Healing Warriors 2nd Annual 5K Fun Run
The Healing Warriors 2nd Annual 5k Fun Run/Walk is a fun, family & pet friendly event held at the beautiful Spring Canyon Park. Larimer County Farmers Market
The Larimer County Farmers’ Market is the oldest farmers’ market in Northern Colorado. Started in 1975 by volunteer Colorado Master Gardeners, the market today still relies on volunteers to be a success. It supports local growers and is a staple of Old Town Fort Collins.

Taste of Loveland
Known as Loveland’s premier food and beverage experience, Foothills Taste of Loveland, has been bringing our community together for over 15 years. Community Farm Work Day
We are excited to have our Farm Work Days coming up at Good Enough Farm this year! These are great opportunities for both individuals and groups to jump in for special projects and farm maintenance.
If you, your family, or group of friends, classmates, or co-workers would like to sign up for any of these dates, please contact Alexandra, our Volunteer Coordinator via email volunteer@lovelandyouthgardeners.org
Please indicate your name, group size, contact information, and the date(s) you will be signing up for. We will also offer individual dates to groups seeking team-building opportunities at the farm, contact our Volunteer Coordinator for more information or to set up a separate day/time!
We do allow all ages at our Farm Work Days and will simply need parental/legal guardian consent for volunteers under 18 years old. Children under 12 will need to be supervised by a guardian, unless otherwise arranged with our staff.

Running For Hope
Lace up your sneakers, sport your best pink attire and join us in supporting our northern Colorado breast cancer neighbors as we bring back our annual 5K post-pandemic, now named “Running for Hope!” This beautiful and fun family run (or walk!) at Centerra trails around Equalizer and Houts lakes in Loveland offers something for everyone, including snacks, vendor booths, prizes for best pink outfits and more! A half mile youth/survivor fun run or walk will also be offered!
Our race will be on the High Plains Environmental Center’s trails adjacent to the lakes. The trails are a mix of paved bike path and solid smooth dirt paths. Perfect for running or walking and no problem for those with running strollers for kids.
The beginning of the race and all race activities will be staged in the parking lot of the office buildings located northwest of MCR hospital in Loveland; address is 2915 Rocky Mountain Avenue.
Race starts at 8:30am/7:30am registration. T-shirts guaranteed for the first 125 participants and sizes guaranteed if registered by April 25th. Discounted pricing for youth and for teams of 4 or more! While this is a fun run/walk, it will also be professionally timed by RunLimited.

Weld Your Mettle Ultra Marathon
Heavy 50K (32 miles) An out and back course along the Poudre River Trail, starting at CR13, running the paved trail to Island Grove Park in Greeley where you’ll turn around and finish at Frank State Wildlife Trailhead. There is limited soft surface running alongside the paved trail, following the beautiful Poudre River. Aid Stations and restrooms will be available approximately every 3-4 miles. A post-race celebration with one free Peculier beer will be held at the finish line, along with food trucks, free finisher food & coffee. Another after party with live music and awards will be held at Peculier Ales in the evening. Drop bags for the halfway point and a shuttle from the finish to the start line before the race begins will be available.

Cinco de Mayo Downtown Greeley
The Greeley Cinco De Mayo celebration is a family-friendly and community focused event taking place on May 5th and 6th, 2023 in the heart of Downtown Greeley. This vibrant celebration will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including a dedicated kids area in Lincoln Park, an array of vendors selling unique goods, a car show, and live musical performances on Friday Night on 9th St. Plaza and all day Saturday in the 10th St./8th Ave Parking Lot behind Millennium Event Center and Moxi Theater. Greeley Farmers Market
Summer Season runs through October 2023 and is located at the Depot, 902 7th Ave. The market features a wide variety of food such as arugula, spinach, romaine, sprouts, lettuce, greens, root crops, mushrooms, beef, bison, chicken, pork, bread, rolls, pies, pastries, gluten-free baked items coffee, spices, salsas, tortillas, and tamales.
Every weekend, vendors offer a wide variety of locally grown and produced food, including fresh and in-season produce, meats, honey, bread and other baked goods, roasted chiles, and much more. Local artisans and crafters also offer great gifts and other sundries.
The experience is more than merely shopping for fresh food. Each week includes live entertainment by local musicians. In addition, the Weld County Master Gardeners from CSU Extension are there every week to provide yard and landscaping advice.
